In this chapter, we will discuss the measurement uncertainty in intelligent
instruments; the data processing algorithms in industrial intelligent instruments; the
inverse problem and its processing method; the intelligent computing includes the deep
learning and machine learning arithmetic in the intelligent instrument design.
