摘要
背景:抑郁症是阿尔茨海默病 (AD) 最常见的神经精神症状之一,它会降低患者和护理人员的生活质量。目前没有有效的药物。因此,探索 AD 患者抑郁症的发病机制非常重要。目的:本研究旨在探讨 AD 伴抑郁症 (DAD) 患者全脑神经网络内嗅皮质 (EC) 功能连接 (FC) 的特征。方法:对 24 名 D-AD 患者、14 名无抑郁症 AD 患者 (nD-AD) 和 20 名健康对照者进行了静息态功能磁共振成像。我们将 EC 设置为种子并使用 FC 分析。单向方差分析用于检查三组之间的 FC 差异。结果:以左侧EC为种子点,左侧EC-枕下回三组间存在FC差异。以右侧EC为种子点,右侧EC-额中回、-顶上回、-额上内侧回、-中央前回三组之间存在FC差异。与 nD-AD 组相比,D-AD 组右侧 EC 和右侧中央后回之间的 FC 增加。结论:EC 中 FC 的不对称性和 EC 与右侧中央后回之间 FC 的增加可能在 AD 抑郁症的发病机制中起重要作用。
