Dr. Pooja A Chawla is working as Professor and Head, Department of Pharmaceutical Analysis, ISF College of Pharmacy Moga, India. She has nearly 15 years of experience in the research, discovery and development of biologically active pharmaceuticals. Dr. Chawla holds a PhD degree in Medicinal Chemistry and has published 3 books, 5 book chapters and more than 50 papers in national/international journals and is serving as a reviewer for international journals of repute. She also presented a poster at FIP 2011 and CTDDR 2013 and delivered an oral talk at World Chemistry Congress, Dubai 2019. Dr. Chawla has been awarded as Bentham Ambassador for the year 2019-20. She is always willing to learn more and more in the pharmaceutical field and upgrade her knowledge. She has guided 47 post graduate projects and her research team consists of 9 master and 4 doctoral research scholars.

With 37 years of teaching and research experience, Professor Nisheeth Desai was working as Professor & Head, Department of Chemistry at Maharaja Krishnakumarsinhji Bhavnagar University, Bhavnagar, India and published more than 131 research papers in national and international journals. At Present he is working as BRS faculty fellow, University Grants Commission, New Delhi in the same Department. His research group has developed expertise in the synthesis of smart hybrid heterocyclic molecules with eco-friendly novel methodologies for the development of antimicrobial agents. The cumulative impact factor of his publications is more than 190, with 2252 citations, H index 27 and i10 index is 72. He has successfully guided 44 Ph.D students. His experience spans to being a reviewer for internationally reputed journals with high impact factors. A feather in the cap being 2 Indian patents and having undertaken research projects for all the funding agencies in India. He is a recipient of prestigious "Carrier Award for Young Scientist" from the University Grants Commission, New Delhi.

He completed his M.Sc in 1982 and Ph.D. in 1989 in Chemistry Annamalai University, India. His research interest includes the Synthesis of biological active Organic compounds and reaction dynamics. Currently working on Designing active molecules using Schrodinger software, followed by synthesizing the active molecules. Completed projects CSIR-2, DBT, DBT(NEC), ICMR and UGC. He has contributed his valuable publications in different scientific journals.

He completed his postdoc at Tsinghua University (with Prof. Lin Mei, 2015-2016) and has been working as a full professor at Guangdong Medical University. Dr Vadim Pokrovsky received his PhD in Oncology from the Blokhin Cancer Research Centre in 2010. Currently, he is the Head of the laboratory of combined treatment at the N.N. Blokhin Cancer Research Center. Also, he is the Professor and the Head of Department of Biochemistry, Medical Faculty, People’s Friendship University. Besides, he is a reviewer for international Journals such as Recent Patents on Anti-Cancer Drug Discovery, Clinical and Translational Oncology, etc., and is a member of several professional societies (EACR, ASCO, AACR). Moreover, he has published several papers in well-reputed journals.

Eduardo Marcelo Sobarzo Sanchez is a Full Professor and Researcher at the Instituto de Investigación e Innovación en Salud (I3S), Universidad Central de Chile (CHILE). He was a professor and researcher at the University of Chile (CHILE) and University of Santiago de Compostela (USC, SPAIN), wherein he followed as an associate researcher at the Faculty of Pharmacy (USC) in the field of Natural Products- Medicinal Chemistry against CNS diseases, experimental studies about drug delivery systems and parasitology. From these research lines, there have been generated more than 100 scientific articles of high impact factor in the field of Chemistry, Pharmacy and Nanotechnology compiled in several journals.

Dr. Salam Titinchi is an Associate Professor at the Department of Chemistry, University of the Western Cape, Cape Town, South Africa. He obtained his PhD from Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee. He has published more than 60 scientific articles and conference proceedings in the field of catalysis, medicinal chemistry and nanomaterial and edited a book and authored two book chapters on drug delivery and catalysis. He serves on the editorial boards of an international scientific journal. His research interests lie in the field of design and synthesis of new potential anticancer compounds, coordination polymers and advanced nanomaterial for environmental applications and green chemistry.
