Silverman’s laboratory in Department of Chemistry and Drug Discovery Program at Northwestern University, Evanston, IL, USA. From 2001 to 2005, she worked as a molecular modeler and computational chemist at the molecular design group in Tripos, Inc., St. Louis, MO, USA. Then, she joined Ewha Womans Univeristy as a faculty member, where she has been an associate professor since 2011.
