Aims & Scope:
Proteomics and Proteogenomics is a peer-reviewed, interdisciplinary journal devoted to advancing research in protein science, proteome analysis, and the integration of proteomic and genomic data. The journal publishes original research articles, reviews/mini-reviews, short communications and guest-edited thematic issues in areas including: mass spectrometry-based proteomics, structural proteomics, post-translational modifications, protein-protein interactions, protein expression, function, modification, and interactions, as well as their relationship with genetic information.
The journal welcomes submissions in areas including, but not limited to:
- Bioinformatics and computational proteomics
- Biomarker discovery and validation
- Cancer proteogenomics
- Clinical and translational proteomics
- Emerging technologies in proteomics
- Functional proteomics
- Mass spectrometry-based proteomics
- Multi-omics data integration
- Post-translational modifications (PTMs)
- Protein network and pathway analysis
- Protein–protein interactions
- Proteogenomics and genome annotation
- Quantitative and comparative proteomics
- Sample preparation and separation techniques
- Single-cell proteomics
- Structural proteomics
Proteomics and Proteogenomics is an international, peer-reviewed journal on all aspects of proteomics and proteogenomics, published continuously (print & online) by Bentham Science Publishers.
