Current Social Sciences

The section named Sociology of the journal Current Social Sciences publishes original research articles, letters, reviews/mini-reviews, and guest-edited thematic issues on various topics related to Sociology as a scientific field that aims to explain social processes through other social dynamics.

This section is not limited to a specific aspect of the field but is, instead, devoted to a wide range of sub-fields in the area, seeking through sociological research, to develop knowledge on the interactions and power relationships that shape social and cultural life and societies themselves - at the micro, meso and macrosocial levels. Articles of interdisciplinary nature are particularly welcome.
