Aims & Scope
Current Diabetes Reviews publishes full-length/mini-reviews, original
research articles, drug clinical trial studies, and guest-edited issues on all
the latest advances in
diabetes and its related areas dedicated to clinical research, e.g.,
pharmacology, pathogenesis, complications, epidemiology, clinical care, and
therapy. It also includes topics related to diabetic complications, such as retinopathy,
neuropathy, nephropathy, renal failure and impotence, hypertension,
gastrointestinal disorders, hearing impairment, hyperlipidemia, and vascular and coronary
heart diseases. Articles related to pancreatic islet dysfunction and insulin
resistance, adipose tissue function, and glucose homeostasis are also covered.
