The scope of this chapter is to present a review of relatively recent research
work on operations and processes that involve the interaction of natural zeolites with
organic vapors or gases, in a simple and comprehensive way. The time horizon for the
bibliographic search was set at 20 years back. Modified natural zeolites have also been
included, since a modification step (most usually by ion-exchange) of the naturally
occurring materials is usually considered essential prior to any use.
Keywords: Natural zeolite, organic vapor, organic gas, adsorption, adsorption
