Abstract

This chapter discusses the anesthetic management of major cancer surgeries involving the breast, female reproductive organs, prostate, testicle, and kidney. The focus will begin in the pre-operative area, addressing concerns for these patients prior to surgery. It will then explore the intraoperative anesthetic management of female and male cancers and their related surgeries. Finally, the chapter will examine the postoperative management of these patients.
