Abstract

Allergic diseases are one of the most common illnesses, and their incidence
is gradually increasing. There are a plenty of studies targeting the effect of β-glucan
polysaccharides on allergies with symptoms such as rhinitis, post nasal drip,
conjunctivitis, cough, fatigue, itchy throat and eyes, and physical pain. Most of the
allergic diseases emerged due to the result of disorders of the immune system,
primarily deterioration in the balance of the answer of Th1/Th2 lymphocytes towards
Th2.
