The fundamental modern intelligent instrument is signal detection and
analysis technology. Although it is the classic content of intelligent instruments, the
noise analysis technology, the weak signal detection technology developed largely in
many test fields. Therefore, in Chapter 2, the structure principle of data acquired
system, the noise analysis technology, and the weak signal detection technology are
introduced.
