Introduction

Nanoparticles and nanofluids have become increasingly important in a wide range of scientific and engineering applications due to their unique physical and thermal properties. This thematic issue, titled “Emerging Trends in Nanoparticles and Nanofluid Technologies”, is dedicated to exploring recent developments, innovative applications, and future directions in this growing field. The issue invites contributions focused on the stability, preparation, and performance of nanofluids, as well as the synthesis and functionalization of nanoparticles. Special attention will be given to their role in improving heat transfer, environmental processes, energy systems, and biomedical technologies. Both experimental studies and theoretical analyses are welcome. By bringing together diverse research perspectives, this issue aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the progress and potential of nanoparticle and nanofluid technologies in modern science and industry.
