Abstract

A series of thiosemicarbazone-based compounds as potential dual inhibitors of ES and AR are reported. Results show the compounds to be weak inhibitors of both ezymes in comparison to the two standard inhibitors and are therefore good lead compounds in the search for thiosemicarbazone-based dual inhibitors of ES and AR.
