Bentham Congratulates Prof. Yamanaka for Nobel Prize:

Bussum, Netherlands, October 9, 2012: Prof. Shinya Yamanaka, Editorial Board Member of the Bentham Science Journal’s Current Stem Cell Research & Therapy, shared a Nobel Prize on Monday with Dr. John Gurdon for the discovery that that mature cells can be reprogrammed to become pluripotent.

"The discoveries of Gurdon and Yamanaka have shown that specialised cells can turn back the developmental clock under certain circumstances", the Nobel Prize Assembly said in a press release.

Bentham Science Publishers is delighted by the news and extends wholehearted congratulations to Prof. Shinya Yamanaka on behalf of all its editorial staff.
